No visit today and instead turned my attention to my own health or rather my sore back. It was the GP's first day back after holiday so, of course, she was running late. Still, I came away armed with a prescription for blood tests, a back xray and some physiotherapy.
Spent the day catching up with stuff that needed doing like cooking this giant beetroot. What a beauty. It should keep me going for a couple of days!
