Rock around the Library

Saturday morning and no peace for the wicked! Christian had a 10am meeting at the Mairie. Fortunately it was brief enough not to make us too late to go to the mini concert given by "Les Inoxydables", our friend Michel's rock group. The manager of the library in Céret is very forward thinking so there are often exhibitions, conferences, book signings, dance and music. It was strange to see people bopping around to "Lucille" and other impossible-to-keep-still-to songs in a library.
By the time we'd partaken of the apéritif on offer, it was late so we headed back for lunch to the village bar where we were the only two clients.
