Nothing special happened yesterday apart from our weekly visit to the market where we met Margaret, David and Jean for an apéro. which meant that Christian didn't have his permitted glass of wine with his lunch.Today the was a Regional mountain bike competition staged in the village and of course we put in an appearance for the prize giving. Weather was fine in the morning and we passed an agreeable time on the terrace of the bar but in the afternoon the rain came on quite heavily. No photo of the cyclists, I'm afraid, the usual story of images of children not being allowed without parental permission, so you'll have to make do with this one of our local hero and one of his colleagues.!
