Nothing special yesterday apart from Spanish in the morning ... the subjunctive .... and to think that I have only a vague notion of it in English!
Today started wet and windy but even so we made it to a vernissage in town as a member of the association had an exhibition and another provided the entertainment; an improvised dance accompanied by short monologues
depicting woman's journey through life.We stayed on for lunch at a fairly new bistro before returning to the village for Gaby's funeral. Fortunately, by the time that we came out of the church, the sun was trying to come through so going up to the graveside presented no problem. Tea followed at the restaurant afterwards, after which we spent a quite evening at home.
