A lazy Sunday which started with Dominique coming around with some lovely, hand crafted wooden spatulas for us that he'd made. After an apéritif it was time to dine on the pheasants that Maggie had given us. They were served simly roasted with braised chicory, broad beans and potatoes. Otherwise it has been an uneventful day with only some tv catch up on the menu.
Weather: 15° Blue skies, sun and a little light cloud.
