4.5.14:

Spent sometime preparing a couple of  healthy dishes before we went to the bar for a glass of wine. Apparently, Christian didn't think much of the spicy vegetable stew that was waiting for us as he prefered to go to the restaurant where we tried to choose wisely!
This photo of the river was taken from the bottle bank where I made two trips today; a pleasnt view by way of recompense for another boring job that gets left too long.  Spent the afternoon catching up with the blog et voilà!

22°, sun, blue skies and less strong winds than yesterday

3.5.14:
Even though there was nothing that we needed we went to the market and found noone to share our halt at the café where we just had a coffee. Came back and went to the bar for just one drink and resisted the temptation to go to the restaurant for the menu du jour. This afternoon I finished off the ironing. More shirts, trousers and this time some bedding too. Boring, boring, boring but the baskets are empty. Once all that was done, we popped over to Juste and Joséphine's to catch up on their news but nothing out of the ordinary there either.
