Rabbit on the Menu

Christian has been at the Marie a great deal this week, evening meetings and all but he did come back yesterday with a fresh wild rabbit. I found a Delia recipe , roasted it and invited Jean-Jacques to come and share it. I didn't make the stuffing balls but it was still delicious and well worth having a go.
