More Mushrooms

Today it's back to the usual with Association stuff. Oh dear, hasn't the Treasurer gone and resigned beacause he felt the Association was taking over his life. Tell me about it! For Christian, it's back to the Mairie, there's a Christmas Market to organise and the poor soul has a cold and not feeling his best.
This afternoon I went up to the Musée to help hang the photo exhibition for the other Association that I'm invoved with. We're hoping that there will be some more sponsorship forthcoming as a result. Juste phoned Joséphine while she was at our place having a well-earned cuppa, to let her know that he'd found some wild mushrooms and was cooking them for an omlette. Needless to say we were invited which gave us the opportunity to to give him a bottle of whisky and wish him a belated happy birthday for yesterday. Apparently he's one of those guys who doesn't like to think of the passing years as he heads towards 60. Michel also stopped by and it was midnight by the time we made it to bed.
The weather has been wet, sunny, warm, cloudy and windy with the promised heavy rain now blessing us with its presence.
