Yes, I know we're 5 days late (Beaujolais nouveau is always released on the 3rd Thursday of November) but we do live in the middle of nowhere. Ten of us from the Association tasted not just the new wine but 4 others: Brouilly, Juliénas, Morgon, Moulin à Vent. Only another 6 to go! We served the wine with bread and 3 cheeses that are recommended accompaniments (Roblechon, St Nectaire, Camembert)
