More Sadane

Seven women and Reza, Yasmin's husband, was the head count for this morning's coffee at the bar. She'd "brought" him along as she wanted him to see the sardane which was to be danced before lunch in the village. Apparently, they have a similar dance in Iran which was danced before the crack down.
Oh dear, there were very few people out to watch or dance in front of the Mairie. All the officienados can't have been a the festival.  Don't know what's going on. This weekend has been the major village fiesta but you'd never know from the lack of a festive air and such poor attendance. Chickens and eggs spring to mind.
Being a bit fed up with the same ol', same ol' menu at the bar, Nancy and I went to the other one and ate a refreshing salad in the beer garden. Otherwise, a quiet, lazy day at home.
Weather:
27° sun, cloud, rain and thunder at the end of the day.
